(1) must be China citizens, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan people and foreigners (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan people and foreigners must abide by the relevant regulations of the state and local government departments);

② Must have full capacity for civil conduct, be over 18 years old, and (borrower's age+loan term) ≤ 70 years old;

(3) Can provide legal and valid identity documents;

④ No personal bad credit record;

⑤ Personal legal assets with stable legal income or sufficient to repay the loan principal and interest.
