Replacement of personal income tax payment certificates or social insurance payment certificates will not be recognized.
2. When applying for a housing provident fund loan for the first or second time, the minimum down payment ratio will be increased from 20 to 30 when purchasing a newly built house, and the minimum down payment ratio will be increased from 30 to 40 when purchasing a second-hand house.
