Third, while maintaining the high gross profit margin of many dry goods, we should appropriately reduce the gross profit margin of fresh fruits in order to improve the competitiveness of fruit shops and accumulate more popularity. Because, in winter, dry goods are the best-selling items, while fresh fruits are often just a foil; Also because of the low temperature, the loss of fresh fruit will be reduced; Therefore, even if its gross profit decreases, its actual profit return will not decrease.
Fourth, make frequent specials and change varieties. In winter, the fruit varieties listed one after another are: Apple, Pear, Pomegranate, Millet, Sharp Millet, Tangerine, Red Heart Pomelo, White Heart Pomelo, Shatian Pomelo, Ordinary Orange, Gannan Orange, Nanfeng Gong Ju, Sugar Orange, Guangdong Orange, Ugly Orange, Chunjian, Wogan and other different varieties, with different specifications, different qualities and different tastes, and dozens of single products. Because, in this off-season of fruit sales, fruits in the wholesale market are not easy to sell. In this way, when purchasing goods in the wholesale market, we often encounter opportunities for good but unsalable goods. At this time, you must buy more without hesitation. Special sales activities are more fully prepared for single products, which are both suitable for special sales and profitable.
Fifthly, regarding sales, the activities of giving customers membership cards, rebate points, and accumulating and retaining popularity are some methods to be implemented throughout the year, and there is no need to increase them in winter.
Winter is the off-season of fruit sales, no matter what you do, you can't upgrade to the sales level in the peak season.
