According to China's Regulations on Labor Services Abroad, only passports, visas, exit certificates and training certificates are required for going abroad to work, and the real estate license is only a kind of property certificate, which cannot directly prove a foreigner's identity and working ability. Therefore, it is not reliable to work abroad with a real estate license. When working abroad, you must choose a formal intermediary or official channel to understand the relevant work and visa policies, and don't believe in false propaganda and promises.
The visa processing process is as follows:
1. Submit a valid passport.
2. Submit various documents related to the application, such as birth certificate, marital status certificate, education certificate and work experience certificate.
3. Fill in and submit the visa application form. Different visas have different forms. Most of them should be filled out in foreign languages and photos should be provided at the same time.
4. Go to the embassy or consulate in China to meet officials.
5. The embassy or consulate shall submit the completed visa application form and necessary supporting materials to the domestic competent authorities for examination and approval.
