When employees withdraw housing provident fund, they must provide the Application Form for Individual Housing Provident Fund Withdrawal stamped by the unit (in triplicate), the original and photocopy of the ID card of the extractor and the following supporting materials:
(1) If the owner-occupied house is purchased without mortgage, the following supporting materials shall be provided:
When purchasing a first-hand property, the original and photocopy of the purchase contract (or pre-sale contract) and purchase invoice (or receipt) shall be provided when purchasing for the first time;
When buying a second-hand house, provide the original and photocopy of the real estate title certificate and deed tax payment certificate for the first time;
If the compensation for land acquisition is purchased to increase the housing area, the original and photocopy of the house demolition and resettlement agreement and the purchase invoice for increasing the housing area shall be provided when it is first extracted;
(2) If the principal and interest of the house purchase loan are repaid (the owner-occupied house is purchased by mortgage), the original and photocopy of the loan contract signed with the bank shall be provided when the first withdrawal is made;
(3) For the construction of owner-occupied housing, provide the original and photocopy of the land use certificate (or real estate license) approved by the urban construction department at or above the town (township), the approval of the planning department at or above the town (township) for building, and the invoice (or receipt) for purchasing building materials.

Overhaul the owner-occupied housing, and provide the original and photocopy of the housing safety appraisal certificate, real estate license and repair expense invoice (or receipt) issued by the housing safety appraisal institution above the town (township).
(4) If renting a house for self-occupation, provide the original and photocopy of the lease contract (referring to the contract registered by the housing management department or the public housing lease contract signed with the unit) and the rent invoice (or receipt);
(5) Retirement, provide the original and photocopy of retirement certificate.
To reach the statutory retirement age, provide the original and photocopy of the ID card.
(6) If the employee completely loses the ability to work and terminates the labor relationship with his unit, the original and photocopy of the certificate of the hospital above the municipal level and the certificate of termination of the labor relationship between the employee and the unit shall be provided.
(7) If you leave the country to settle down, provide the original and photocopy of your visa and passport.
(8) If the employee who is not registered in this Municipality terminates the labor relationship with the unit, the original and photocopy of the certificate of termination of the labor relationship between the employee and the unit shall be provided.
(9) If the registered permanent residence moves out of the city and terminates the labor relationship with the employer, the original and photocopy of the registered permanent residence move-out certificate and the certificate of termination of the labor relationship between the employee and the employer shall be provided.
(10) For unemployed (or laid-off) personnel, male is 45 years old (including 45 years old), female is over 40 years old (including 40 years old), and has been unemployed (or laid-off) 12 months or more continuously, the original and photocopy of unemployment certificate (or employment certificate) shall be provided.
(1 1) If an employee dies or is declared dead, his successor or legatee shall provide the employee's death certificate, the certificate of legal inheritance right or bequest right notarized by a notary office, and the original and photocopy of the household registration book.
Employees who meet the conditions for the withdrawal of housing provident fund shall go to the bank where the housing provident fund is opened to receive and fill in the withdrawal application form, and go through the examination procedures with relevant certification materials.
