In order to help employees solve the problem of owner-occupied housing and further reduce the pressure on employees to repay loans, Fuzhou launched a new policy of provident fund loans. According to the new policy, the maximum amount of provident fund loans in Fuzhou in the future is 800,000 yuan, and the amount of pure provident fund loans applied by employees' families shall not exceed 80% of the value of mortgaged property.
The maximum amount of dual-employee provident fund loans will be raised to 800,000 yuan.
If both husband and wife pay housing provident fund in Fuzhou, the maximum amount of individual housing loan will be raised from 600,000 yuan to 800,000 yuan; For employees who have paid the housing provident fund unilaterally, the maximum amount of individual housing loans will be raised from 450,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan.
In order to support the housing needs of low-and middle-income families, it is estimated that if the minimum loan amount of the borrower's family housing provident fund is less than 200,000 yuan, the loan will be uniformly determined at 200,000 yuan.
Adjust the proportion of provident fund loans according to the income level of employees.
The New Deal stipulates that when an employee's family applies for a pure housing provident fund loan, the loan amount shall not exceed 80% of the value of the collateral provided; Moreover, the monthly repayment amount of employees' family loans and the sum of the existing monthly repayment amount of loans and their spouses reflected in their personal credit report should be controlled within 60% of the total income of employees' families. The original ratio is 50%, the purpose is to let more employees borrow more housing provident fund. In addition, employees who agree to determine their monthly income according to the housing provident fund base do not need to provide proof of income.
Encourage employees from different places to pay for their own houses in Fuzhou.
The New Deal stipulates that employees who are registered in Fuzhou (referring to seven counties and cities in five districts of Fuzhou, the same below) and have paid housing provident fund outside Fuzhou (hereinafter referred to as off-site payment) are encouraged to buy self-occupied housing in seven counties (cities) of Fuzhou. If the above-mentioned employees who have paid housing provident fund in different places buy self-occupied housing in seven counties (cities) of Fuzhou, they can apply for housing provident fund loans from the housing provident fund management institutions by the housing provident fund deposit certificate issued by the housing provident fund management institutions in their places of employment.
Tip: Through the new policy of Fuzhou provident fund loan, we can know that employees who have paid the provident fund in different places can buy their own houses in Fuzhou and apply for loans, but they must provide proof of payment of the provident fund. In addition, compared with the past, the amount of employees' families applying for pure provident fund loans has never exceeded 50% of the value of collateral to 80%.
