If a local household with 1 apartment applies for a commercial personal housing loan to buy a house again in order to improve the living conditions, the down payment ratio shall be no less than 50%, including new commercial housing and second-hand housing; Commercial personal housing loans will be suspended for local registered families who purchase third or above houses.
