Should I go to the bank to get the contract when I get the loan?
You should take the contract from the bank.

After receiving the loan notice, the lender will go to the developer to get all the invoices, and then the bank will send the loan contract and other corresponding materials to the lender within 3 working days, or the lender will go to the bank to get them. You can also consult the account manager to see if you can get a loan contract before lending.

The bank will notify the lender to sign the loan contract within 3 working days before the loan is issued. After signing a loan contract, it does not mean that the lender can take the contract. Before the bank lends money, it will notify the developer to go to the Housing Authority for filing, and then the bank lends money and the developer gets the loan amount receipt.
