Distributed photovoltaic power generation projects shall be filed by the district (county) development and reform commission according to the annual scale index of distributed photovoltaic power generation in this region, and the supporting documents such as power generation business license, planning and site selection, land pre-examination, environmental impact assessment, energy saving assessment and social risk assessment shall be exempted. These include:

1. The distributed photovoltaic power generation project declared by the legal entity shall be filed by the district (county) development and reform commission according to the principle of territoriality and completed within 5 working days;

2. Distributed photovoltaic power generation projects built by natural persons using their own legal houses shall be registered by district (county) power grid enterprises in accordance with the principle of territoriality and completed within 5 working days. District (county) power grid enterprises shall file with the district (county) Development and Reform Commission on a monthly basis.

Matters needing attention for personal installation of photovoltaic power generation:

1. The grid-connected voltage of distributed photovoltaic system is mainly determined by the installed capacity of the system. The specific grid-connected voltage needs to be determined according to the approval of the grid company's access system. AC220V is selected for general household use, and AC380V or 10kV can be selected for commercial use.

2. The installation inclination of photovoltaic array is generally determined by the latitude of the installation site.

3. Because the main reason that affects photovoltaic power generation is sunshine, the module should be installed in the direction with the most sunshine, and different installation angles also affect the power generation of photovoltaic modules.
