Log in to the loan APP first and check whether there is a cancellation option on the settings page. If so, you can click in to cancel your account. If you can't find the logout option on the APP, contact the manual customer service to apply for logout. You can also directly call the hotline of the loan platform to apply for cancellation to the customer service staff.
There can be no outstanding bills in the loan account. Because if there are still outstanding bills in the account, it is impossible to cancel successfully. In this regard, the customer must repay all the principal and interest owed before applying for account cancellation.
