1. Search CDB on the search website, and then enter the website in compatibility mode.
2. Enter your account number, that is, your ID number, on the login page, and then click the forgot password option.
3. You can reset your password through your personal information. 4. You can also retrieve the password through the reserved question. If you answered the reserved questions correctly, you can reset the password.
