Shang Ming, who was prosecuted by Yongdeng County People's Procuratorate, was sentenced to 10 months' imprisonment by Yongdeng County People's Court and fined RMB 20,000.

The topographical features of Yongdeng County can be summarized as the loess hilly region and the Qinwangchuan Basin formed by two rivers and three mountains. The landform is characterized by the staggered distribution of rocky mountains and loess hills. The terrain is located in the transition zone between the northeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the west of Loess Plateau, and it is also the transition zone between the eastward extension of Qilian Mountain branch and Longxi subsidence basin.
