How do banks control the loan amount?
The central bank will give each bank a total credit scale every year, which is the sum of historical stock loans and new loans. However, within this scale, the head office of each bank allocates the credit scale, which is basically linked to the deposits of each branch, that is, the more deposits, the more credit scale is allocated. According to the actual needs of their own business, each branch divides it into corporate credit scale and personal credit scale. Generally speaking, due to the insufficient contribution of personal loans to banks at present, the distribution and listing of credit scale will tend to be public credit.
