Step 2: Enter personal information.

First, take and upload a photo of the person’s face, then prepare the personal ID document, take and upload relevant ID photos (front and back).

Step 3: Enter the electric two-wheeled vehicle information.

Upload photos including the vehicle certificate, invoice and vehicle code (the vehicle code can usually be found at the frame post connecting the handlebar and the front wheel of the electric two-wheeled vehicle, or where there are steel stamps on the left and right sides of the front of the vehicle, Check on the vehicle certificate or invoice).

Step 4: Learn safely online and offline.

First complete online learning, and then go to the community workstation to learn. After the learning is completed, it will be reviewed and confirmed by relevant community staff.

Step 5: Door-to-door service to install the complete number plate.

Relevant staff will provide delivery and door-to-door services (the logistics delivery and installation service fee of 10 yuan is borne by the individual), install the electric two-wheeled vehicle information logo, and finally upload the installed photos to complete the filing.
