After the fighting started, the villagers went back and forth to villages and positions, risking their lives to deliver water and meals to the Red Army soldiers.

After the battle, many villagers followed the Red Army to participate in the revolution, while those who stayed risked protecting the injured Red Army soldiers.

From September 2065438 to September 2009, the Memorial Hall of the Red Army's Long March Xiangjiang Campaign was completed in Nanyi Village, which became a part of the "Long March Spirit Inheritance Experience Belt". The history of planting grapes in Nanyi Village is not long, only 20 years.

Seeing that the ripe grapes hung on the vines and could not be sold, the villagers were anxious and looked forward to the road repair to their door day and night.

It was not until the country started the project of "connecting every village" that a three-kilometer-long village-level highway was built, which fundamentally solved the problem of freight transportation in the village.

The road was repaired, which not only stopped selling grapes, but also promoted the development of local tourism.

With more and more people visiting Nanyi Village, restless villagers have taken care of vineyards, picked grapes and sold local products, and many villagers have also started farmhouse music.
