4. The loan entrusting bank personnel sign supplementary agreements and mortgage contracts with the borrower, and handle the mortgage procedures of new real estate (real estate).
5. After the new property mortgage formalities are completed, the loan entrusting bank personnel shall handle the mortgage cancellation formalities of the original property (real estate) according to the notice issued by the city center.

The housing provident fund management center shall, within 05 days from the date of accepting the application, make a decision on whether to grant the loan or not, and notify the applicant; If the loan is granted, the entrusted bank shall handle the loan formalities.
The risk of housing provident fund loans shall be borne by the housing provident fund management center.
