Notice on application for job search and entrepreneurship subsidy for 2022 graduates of Tongji University

According to the "Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Regulations [2018 〕23rd Notice on Further Improving the Payment of Job-seeking and Entrepreneurship Subsidy for College Graduates in this City", the relevant matters regarding the application for job-hunting and entrepreneurship subsidy for the 2022 graduates of our school are hereby notified as follows:

1. Objects of payment

The following students from ordinary colleges and universities in this city who are willing to find employment and start a business within the year of graduation:

(1) Graduates from families enjoying the minimum living security for urban and rural residents;

(2) Disabled graduates;

(3) Graduates who have received national student loans during their studies; (must be loans obtained at the highest academic level, such as graduate students, who have passed the national student loan at the undergraduate level) Loans, if you have not applied for a graduate student, you will not be eligible regardless of whether you have paid off the loan or not)

(4) Graduates from poor families with disabilities;

(5) Graduates from families who have escaped from poverty students (i.e., the original "graduates from registered poor families", the relevant application materials remain unchanged);

(6) Graduates from extremely poor families.

The above all refer to full-time non-working graduates, excluding graduates who have confirmed their further studies or studied abroad.

2. Subsidy standard

The subsidy standard is 1,000 yuan per person, and each person can only receive it once.

3. Application process

(1) Individual application: Each college is responsible for organizing qualified college graduates to apply for job search and entrepreneurship subsidies in a centralized manner. The materials students need to submit are as follows:

1. "Application Form for Employment and Entrepreneurship Subsidy for College Graduates" (see attachment 1), a copy of my ID card (front and back), a copy of my bank card (must be Agricultural Bank of China debit card, the card number is clear. If it is not clear, please copy the card number below and sign. (For inquiries about the account opening bank, please call the customer service number of Agricultural Bank of China). Fill in and sign by hand (the handwriting is clear). The copy should be cut and pasted according to regulations.

2. Other relevant supporting materials (please submit according to the checked application type)

Applicants who meet Article 1 (1) and (6) of this notice also need to provide A valid certificate issued by the civil affairs department of the place of household registration (above street (township)) (must be the certification document for 2021, and the student’s name must be on the certificate. If not, another household registration book, single child certificate, etc. must be provided to prove that the student and the subsistence allowance are Family relationship materials);

Applicants who meet (2) also need to provide a copy of the disability certificate;

Applicants who meet (3) also need to provide a national student loan contract Copy (key pages of the contract, including Party A and Party B, loan amount, term and signature);

Applicants who meet (4) and (5) also need to provide the township people's government or sub-district office where their household registration is located Valid certificate issued.

3. Letter of Commitment

All applicants must sign the "Letter of Commitment for Job Hunting and Entrepreneurship Subsidy Application" (see Attachment 2).

(2) College preliminary review summary: The college will summarize the list of applicants for subsidies and application materials, and fill in the "College Graduates Job Search and Entrepreneurship Subsidy Application Summary Form" before September 24 (Friday) (see Attachment 3) Send to 627875579@qq.com and submit all written materials to Mr. Li, the Academic Affairs Office of the college.

(3) School review and publicity: The Student Employment Guidance Center will review the application materials and publish the list of approved applicants for subsidies on the student employment information website. The publicity period will be no less than 5 working days.
