Legal analysis: ID card may be stolen by others. You can bring a lawsuit to the court, and you don't need to take responsibility for the behavior you didn't implement. If you have a bad credit record, you can file a lawsuit on the premise of sufficient basis, and the court will make a final ruling. If the court finally decides that the party concerned is indeed a bad credit record caused by the stolen ID card, the record can finally be eliminated in the bank credit information system. Because the lending institution should have failed to fulfill its review obligation, the lending institution should bear the main responsibility for the consequences.

Legal basis: Article 17 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Resident Identity Cards commits one of the following acts, and the public security organ shall impose a fine of more than 200 yuan but less than 1,000 yuan, or detain it for less than 10 days.
