(6) The loan application complies with the national, provincial and municipal real estate market management policy requirements;
(7) Meets other conditions stipulated by the Provident Fund Management Committee.
When an employee applies for a provident fund loan, the number of properties is calculated based on the number of properties owned by the applicant and the applicant's respective families; family members include husband and wife and minor children.
The credit status standards specified in the first paragraph of this article shall be separately formulated by the Provident Fund Center.
