The basic procedures for handling commercial housing loans are:
(1) ID card;
(2) Proof of the borrower's repayment ability (3-5 months of bank flow);
(3) Legal and effective purchase (construction or overhaul) contracts, agreements or (and) other approval documents;
(4) proof of down payment;
(5) loan guarantee materials;
(6) Other documents and materials required by the lending bank.
