5. The loan interest rate shall be implemented according to the loan interest rate of the same grade in the same period stipulated by the People's Bank of China;
6. Generally, "house age+borrower age" means that men are under 65 years old and women are under 60 years old.
Specific procedures for handling mortgage bank loans:
1. Apply for a loan from the bank;
2. After the acceptance of the bank, evaluate the value of the mortgaged property and approve the loan amount according to the evaluated value;
3. Sign a loan contract, etc.
4. Apply for real estate mortgage registration; (For mortgage registration in the Housing Authority, the Housing Authority shall issue a certificate of other rights) (Required information: application form for real estate mortgage, power of attorney, letter of commitment, copy of bank business license, copy of organization code certificate, copy of bank legal person ID card, etc. Stamp the official seal of the bank);
5. Bank loans.
Note: the land is allocated, so the land should be mortgaged at the Land Bureau first, and then the real estate should be mortgaged at the Housing Authority. Generally, it will be completed within 7 working days, and the loan will be released within 15 days at the earliest. If your land certificate is for sale, the time will be shorter.
