1. According to the latest detailed rules for the implementation of housing purchase in Changsha, people under 45 years old, with bachelor degree or above, and intermediate or above titles can buy the first home in the restricted area after completing social security and paying taxes in Changsha, and the titles of doctor, master and senior are not limited by age. In addition, for high-level talents in cities and States in Hunan Province, they can purchase houses on an equal footing with Changsha household registration personnel after examination.
