1-The relationship between countries has always been a naked interest relationship.

Everything a country does in diplomacy is based on its own interests! If Japan's ODA project to China is regarded as a kind of "gift, goodwill charity" or "war confession", it is all wet! If a person doesn't even understand this attitude, he can only be said to be "mentally deficient" or "politically extreme"
2- Japan's aid is mostly "low-interest loans".
Do you see the word "low interest"? "Low interest" ≦ "Send you money"! Japanese aid to China is well said-"aid". But this is aid, not a "loan" (what a ridiculous concept)! A loan is "borrowing". If you borrow it, you have to pay it back, but the interest is low! Moreover, you should know that 90% of Japanese loans to China are "low-interest loans". A little word game can fool many people in China! Low-interest loans, why don't you "lend at low interest"?
3- China "returns" to Japan.
China's "assistance" to Japan certainly has its "return" (otherwise Japan would not be so "abnormal"). Since 1980s, the economic benefits Japan has gained from ODA projects have far exceeded the "nearly 3 trillion" investment accumulated over the years. At the beginning of the reform and opening up, the door of China suddenly opened on a large scale, and a large number of foreign goods poured into China. Many small and medium-sized enterprises in China collapsed in the face of such a huge impact, and "foreign goods" prevailed in the market; And gradually formed the separation of Europe, America and Japan. But compared with the rich in Europe and America, the Japanese are very smart. Through the "Conscience" project of ODA, we not only secretly won a lot of "additional conditions" for its enterprises, but also took the opportunity to establish the image of "good-hearted people" internationally. Through ODA, European and American enterprises that used to be strong in China market have been strongly impacted. In the late 1990s, Japanese animation, automobile, electronics, energy and other industries firmly occupied a "big head" position in China (European and American forces were not worse than or even stronger than Japan in these aspects). China's commodities have squeezed China's national industries under the background of "China's rapid modernization". How should its aid of nearly 3 trillion yen compare with the squeeze on China's industry? Sony, Toyota, Honda and Panasonic are good examples.
4- Aid is very common in the world, and few countries have seen gratitude and tears.
Conscience aid is not synonymous with Japanese aid. This kind of assistance is not uncommon in modern history. After World War II, the Marshall Plan of the United States wooed Western Europe, the massive aid of the Soviet Union wooed China, and China's long-term projects and financial aid to African countries ... Which of these aid is really a "good deed"? The essence behind it is "Go in, win over, draw on materials ..." Does China need to say "thank you" to the Soviet Union? Should Western Europe kneel to Americans? Should Africans kowtow to China? On the premise that national interests determine foreign policy, "conscience" = "nonsense"!
