Land auction can be paid in installments. The leasing of state-owned land can be paid in installments, but the installment payment period shall not exceed one year after the signing of the leasing contract, and 50% shall be paid within one month after the signing of the contract. After the land transfer is completed, the transfer contract must be signed within 10 working days, and the down payment of 50% of the transfer price shall be paid within 1 month after the contract is signed, and the rest shall be paid in time according to the contract, and the latest payment time shall not exceed one year. Article 348 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) establishes the right to use construction land by means of bidding, auction or agreement, and the parties concerned shall conclude a contract for assignment of the right to use construction land in writing.
