Yes, there are generally three kinds of names added to the real estate license, namely, the gift of housing property rights, the sale of housing and the registration of production analysis, among which the first one appears most frequently. Adding a name to the real estate license is not just adding a name, but usually involves many aspects such as property rights, creditor's rights, taxes and fees. Moreover, adding the name on the real estate license has different explanations on whether there are outstanding loans before and after marriage, and the handling fees are different in different situations.

Legal basis:

Article 1062 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), the following property acquired by husband and wife during the marriage relationship shall be jointly owned by husband and wife:

1. Wages and bonuses.

(2) Income from production and operation;

(3) Income from intellectual property rights;

(4) Property acquired by inheritance or gift;

(5) Other property that should be jointly owned by husband and wife.

In any of the following circumstances, it shall be the property of one of the spouses:

(1) one party's premarital property;

(2) Medical expenses, living allowance for the disabled, etc. One party gets it because of physical injury;

(3) Property determined to belong only to the husband or wife in the will or gift contract;

(4) Daily necessities used exclusively by one party;

(five) other property that should be owned by one party.

Husband and wife may agree that the property acquired during the marriage relationship and the pre-marital property shall be owned separately, jointly or partly separately and partly jointly. Because this agreement is oral, uncertain and prone to disputes, the law stipulates that it must be in writing.
