Who should I talk to when the 4s shop is closed?
I think many riders have received short messages from Skoda 4S store in Zhucheng, reminding us that Hanhua 4S store in Rizhao has gone offline to Skoda 4S store in Zhucheng for routine maintenance.

After receiving this news on April 17, I was shocked at first, and then I asked the group whether Rizhao Hanhua 4S Store really closed down and other related issues. There are different opinions in the group. On the morning of April 18, I called Rizhao Hanhua 4S Store for after-sales service. The after-sales service staff told me that the 4S shop has gone offline, but Skoda cars are still sold as usual, and daily maintenance and repair are still going on. Since I bought the car with a loan from SAIC Finance, I was worried that my loan materials and car certificate would be lost due to the closure of the 4S shop, so I called SAIC Finance again. SAIC Finance told me that they didn't receive the notice that the Hanhua dealer in Rizhao was offline, and my loan information was mortgaged in SAIC Finance, so there would be no problem, but if the 4S store charged me any deposit at that time, I had to ask the dealer myself.

It suddenly occurred to me that when I bought a car, the dealer did charge me a renewal deposit of 2000 yuan, and agreed that this 2000 yuan would be refunded after I paid off the loan. I rushed to Rizhao Hanhua Automobile Sales & Service Co., Ltd. located in Kuishan Automobile City, Rizhao City. When I arrived, the 4S shop was open as usual. When I went in to ask, I realized that the current 4S store is not called Hanhua, but Zheng Tong. I asked the salesperson to write these two words for me. The salesperson said that the boss didn't tell them how to write these two words, and they didn't know, so they didn't write them. When I asked about my savings, they told me that I had to ask Hanhua for it. Of course, I couldn't find Hanhua, so I called the customer service of Shanghai Volkswagen. The customer service told me that Hanhua, a dealer in Rizhao, officially went offline on February 27, 20 13, including my car maintenance in Hanhua on March 9. SAIC no longer admits that this was done in their official 4S cooperative store, and what "Zheng Tong" is not their cooperative dealer at all.

After listening to it, my head is getting bigger. If it weren't for the SMS of Zhucheng 4S store, I didn't know that I was doing maintenance in an unlicensed black shop, and I didn't know that Rizhao Hanhua 4S store, which charged my deposit, had already existed in name only.

Later, I got the mobile phone number of Shen, a former financial manager, through finance. Through her, I learned that Rizhao Hanhua Automobile Sales & Service Co., Ltd. moved its 4S store to Zheng Tong as early as last year 10, and the previous salespeople left their jobs one after another. It was confirmed that the renewal deposit was received from the owner of SAIC financial loan at that time, and it was indeed promised to return the deposit to the owner after paying off the loan.

I just want to ask, isn't SAIC obligated to tell consumers the truth when it cancels its cooperation with dealers? Now we can't get our deposit back. Let's go to the 4S shop, which is still called Hanhua. We didn't even know that we had changed bosses privately. Moreover, after the dealer went offline, I went to repair it, and the invoice for repair was still issued by Hanhua. What's more, they are still selling Skoda cars normally, and they are still collecting deposits and deposits from customers.

Shouldn't Shanghai Volkswagen take responsibility for this? Should Skoda loan owners be unlucky? When canceling the agency, should we clarify the debt problem first?

I call on all owners of Skoda SAIC financial loans to stand up. A person's strength is insignificant. Only with the concerted efforts of Qi Xin and Qi Xin can we safeguard our legal rights and get back these improper deposits!
