"Inter-bank business" is a very broad concept, which can include inter-bank bond transactions, inter-bank matching, asset management product custody, financial bond underwriting, bill discounting, inter-bank foreign exchange and derivatives transactions, as well as various inter-bank businesses with overseas financial institutions.

As for the narrow sense of inter-bank business, it does not belong to inter-bank business except that inter-bank SPV investment forms a substantial creditor-debtor relationship between financial institutions (including some transactions between SPV and financial institutions).
