1. Log in to official website and enter the personal center page.

2. On the Personal Center page, find my loan option and click Enter.

3. On the "My Loan" page, find the loan item for which you want to return the guarantee fee, and then click "Enter".

4. In the loan project page, find the option to refund the guarantee fee and click Enter.

5. On the page of refunding the guarantee fee, fill in relevant information, including the reason and amount of refund.

6. After submitting the refund application, wait for the customer service staff to review and handle it.
