Legal basis: Provisions of People's Courts on Publishing Judgment Documents on the Internet.
Article 1 The people's courts shall follow the principles of legality, timeliness, standardization and truthfulness when publishing judgment documents on the Internet.
Article 2 the Supreme People's Court shall set up the China Judgment Document Network on the Internet, and uniformly publish the effective judgment documents of people's courts at all levels. The people's courts at all levels shall be responsible for the quality of the judgment documents published on China Judgment Document Network.
Article 3 People's courts at all levels shall designate specialized agencies to be responsible for the administration of the online access of judgment documents. An agency shall perform the following duties: (1) sorting out and uploading judgment documents; (two) found that the published judgment documents have clerical errors or improper technical handling, and timely coordinate the relevant departments to deal with them; (three) other related guidance, supervision and evaluation work.
Article 4 The effective judgment documents of the people's courts shall be published on the Internet, except in any of the following circumstances: (1) involving state secrets or personal privacy; (two) involving minors in illegal crimes; (3) Closing the case through mediation; (four) other unsuitable for publication on the Internet.
