Decision of the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government on Cancellation and Adjustment of Some Administrative Approval Projects

In order to deepen the reform of the administrative approval system, in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Decision of the State Council on Cancellation and Adjustment of the Third Batch of Administrative Approval Projects" (State Development Council [2004] ) and the requirements of the "Decision of the State Council on the Cancellation and Adjustment of the Fourth Batch of Administrative Approval Projects" (Guofa [2007] No. 33), in accordance with the unified arrangements of the State Council and the Provincial People's Government, the Provincial People's Government Legal Affairs Office, the Provincial Administrative Office The Office of the Leading Group for the Reform of the Approval System organized a new round of centralized review of administrative approval projects of provincial departments. After strict review and demonstration, the Provincial People's Government decided to cancel and adjust 229 administrative approval projects. Among them, 165 administrative licensing items were cancelled, and 42 non-administrative licensing items were cancelled; 17 administrative licensing items were adjusted, and 5 non-administrative licensing items were adjusted. The catalog of administrative approval projects retained after sorting will be announced to the public by the Legal Affairs Office of the Provincial People's Government and the Provincial Leading Group Office for the Reform of the Administrative Approval System.

All localities and departments must conscientiously implement and connect the cancellation and adjustment of administrative approval projects, and effectively strengthen follow-up supervision.
