The Student Financial Aid Management Center is mainly responsible for the evaluation and issuance of national student loans and various scholarships and bursaries for all students in the school, as well as the specific organization, implementation and daily management of various student aid work.

Scope of responsibilities:

1. Responsible for publicizing and implementing various national and provincial funding policies, drafting and formulating various school student funding policies. Establish and improve a financial aid system for students with financial difficulties including awards, loans, subsidies, subsidies, reductions and exemptions.

2. Organize each secondary college to carry out basic situation surveys of students with financial difficulties, establish and improve the files of students from families with financial difficulties, and conduct follow-up investigations of aided students.

3. Supervise the management and use of special student aid funds in each secondary college, and draft an allocation plan for funding students from families with financial difficulties.

4. Do a good job in approving and issuing various scholarships and bursaries; be responsible for the approval and issuance of temporary hardship subsidies for students across the school and the management of student "green channels".

Introduction to National Student Loans:

1. National Student Loans are the use of financial means by the Party Central Committee and the State Council to improve my country’s general university funding policy system under the conditions of the socialist market economy. A major measure taken to increase financial support for students from poor families in general colleges and universities.

2. Legal liability: Borrowing students apply for loans from banks through their schools to make up for the shortfall in tuition, accommodation and living expenses during their studies at school, and to repay them in installments after graduation.
