1. Business license of enterprise as a legal person, legal person code certificate and certificate of legal representative;

2. Loan card (certificate) issued by China People's Bank;

3. The balance sheet, profit and loss statement and net capital calculation table of last month and the financial statements of the previous year (including notes) audited by the accounting (auditing) firm;

4. Certificate of pledge right issued by the securities registration and settlement institution;

5. Basic information about the stocks of listed companies used as collateral;

6. Other information required by the bank.
