What are the precautions when writing a receipt?
1. The receipt must be in duplicate, with the total amount in words, stamped with the financial seal of the unit and the seal of the manager;
2, to fill in the wrong receipt, should be kept intact, shall not be destroyed without authorization;
3. It is forbidden to alter, tear up, transfer, lend, open, trade or disassemble the use certificate;
4. It is forbidden to forge or privately carve the special seal for receipt and the seal for producer;
5. After each receipt is used, the manager must fill in the total amount, starting and ending numbers on the cover, affix the seal and submit it to the financial audit of the unit.
