1. If the guarantor provides guarantee for the loan and fails to repay the loan at maturity, the court may freeze and allocate the salary income of the guarantor according to law. The freezing and allocation by the court is a judicial compulsory measure, and there is no room for discussion and negotiation.

2. If the guarantor and his family have no other income except salary, they can submit a written application to the court to apply for retaining the necessary living expenses. The living expenses shall be determined with reference to the minimum living standard stipulated by the local government.
