1. If an employee's family (including employees, spouses and minor children, the same below) purchases the first set of housing (including commercial housing, price-limited commercial housing, targeted placement of affordable housing, targeted sales of affordable housing or private property housing) with a construction area of less than 90 square meters, the down payment shall be no less than 20% of the purchased housing price, and the loan amount shall not be higher than 80% of the purchased housing price. If the construction area of the purchased house exceeds 90 square meters, a down payment of not less than 30% of the purchased house price shall be paid, and the loan amount shall not be higher than 70% of the purchased house price.
Second, when employees apply for housing provident fund loans, the loan amount shall not be higher than 10 times of the balance of the housing provident fund account when employees apply for loans (at the same time, applying for housing provident fund loans using spouse housing provident fund is the sum of the balance of the employee's own and spouse's housing provident fund account), and the balance of the housing provident fund account is less than 20,000.
