I am a car owner at present. Let me share my experience of looking at cars and buying cars to help my friends avoid being cheated.
Generally speaking, there are two ways to buy a car: a. buy a car in full; B. mortgage to buy a car (that is, installment loan).
Let's talk about buying a car in full. This is easy to understand. You pay all the money, and the car belongs to you. The cost is divided into the following parts:
1 .naked car 2. Insurance 3. Purchase tax. Travel tax. license fee
So as long as you want to buy a car in full, you can directly ask the salesman how much the above fees are, and you will know how close the landing price of the car is. There are other charges of hooliganism. Calculate according to my following method:
Naked car: Go directly to car home to check the price of the corresponding configuration of the car you want to buy, and how many discounts the manufacturer has will be written out. For example, the national five Corolla factory discount 1.5 million.
Insurance: Different classes of cars have different insurance fees. Simply put, the more expensive the car, the more expensive the insurance premium. For example, the insurance premium of a mid-level car is definitely more expensive than that of a compact car. Generally speaking, 4S stores will force you to buy insurance in the first year. The insurance premium is the highest in the first year of buying a car, and it will drop in the second year.
Purchase tax: this is mandatory to the state. The purchase tax is about 8% of the price of naked cars. For example, the price of a naked car is128,000 yuan, and the purchase tax is128,000 yuan *8%= 10240 yuan.
Travel tax: Generally around 350 yuan.
License fee: attention! The prices here can be very different! I think it is also the easiest place to be cheated. I buy my own car and get my own license when I go back to my hometown. The whole license fee is only about 200 yuan.
Several different 4S stores said that it would cost 2,000-3,000 yuan to help with the licensing. Of course, there is a situation where you have to pay this money: for example, if you are in Shanghai and your hometown is in Guizhou, you want to play the card of your hometown in Guizhou and don't want to go back by yourself, you have to pay the service fee.
Here is a loan to buy a car:
Buying a car with a loan costs two yuan more than buying a car in full: mortgage fee (also called loan service fee) and loan interest.
So the loan to buy a car is: naked car+insurance+purchase tax+vehicle and vessel tax+license fee+mortgage fee+loan interest.
As long as the loan is used to buy a car, this cost will definitely be incurred. As far as I know, many 4S stores charge a mortgage fee of 3,000 yuan.
Regarding the loan interest, I take the car with128,000 yuan (bare car price) as an example.
For example, a car needs a loan of 50,000 yuan, and the down payment is: 78,000 yuan+insurance premium+purchase tax+vehicle and vessel tax+licensing fee+mortgage fee!
Take your loan for two years (24 installments), and the loan interest is calculated at 15%. The total interest in those two years is: 50,000 yuan *15% = 7,500 yuan.
It can be seen here that the loan will be more than the full amount 10500 yuan (mortgage fee 3000 yuan+loan interest 7500 yuan).
Many sales will not tell you this figure directly, but will say that there is not much money if the interest is shared equally every month.
Of course, there is an exception, that is, if you can get interest-free, then the loan to buy a car is only a little more than the mortgage cost of buying a car in full.
To sum up briefly:
Full car purchase cost: naked car+insurance+purchase tax+travel tax+licensing fee.
Loan car purchase fee: naked car+insurance+purchase tax+vehicle and vessel tax+licensing fee+mortgage fee+loan interest.
Generally speaking, buying a car in full will be cheaper than buying a car with a loan. (According to 0.5 yuan/km, 10500 yuan is enough for the average family to spend two years on gas. )
If possible, try to buy a car in full, otherwise try to choose the kind where the loan can be interest-free.
