2. If the bank deducts money in the afternoon or evening, but you deposited it in the morning of 20th and haven't deducted money yet, it may be that the system will be delayed, sometimes the system maintenance will be delayed, and these two days are also weekends, so it may be that the system maintenance will be suspended.
It is understood that as long as the repayment date arrives at the time of batch deduction, the system will automatically make batch deduction. Insufficient account balance at the time of deduction may lead to the failure of deduction and make the mortgage repayment overdue. Some banks will deduct money from the second batch. If the lender fails to make up the difference, it will be overdue.
Moreover, some banks deduct money on the repayment date, which is divided into two times. If the deduction is made around 8 am and the funds are insufficient, the transfer must be made before noon 12, otherwise it will be recorded as overdue. In other words, if the balance on the repayment date is insufficient, the funds transferred in the afternoon will be regarded as overdue. If the mortgage can't guarantee that the account has enough balance when it is deducted from the bank, it may lead to the record of "overdue repayment".
