The "Notice" also clearly expanded the scope of calculating the loan amount on a household basis. Parents and children, as property owners, are allowed to calculate the loan amount by family, but it does not exceed the maximum loan limit of the current provident fund.
In regulating the scope of housing provident fund purchase, if the depositor purchases a house within the administrative area of Quzhou City, he can withdraw the balance of the housing provident fund account of himself, his spouse, parents and children; If the depositor and his spouse purchase housing at the domicile, they can withdraw the balance in the housing provident fund account of the depositor and his spouse; If the depositor's parents buy a house at the domicile, they can withdraw the balance in the depositor's housing provident fund account.
The notice also mentioned that flexible employees are treated equally. Flexible employees who normally deposit housing provident fund within the administrative area of Quzhou City enjoy the same treatment as employees who deposit housing provident fund. At the same time, the implementation of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Measures for Converting Quzhou Housing Provident Fund Personal Housing Loan to Commercial Personal Housing Discount Loan (Trial) (Qu Provident Fund [2016] No.25) was terminated, and the discount loan business for new citizens (including individual industrial and commercial households and freelancers) was stopped.
