1. My provident fund loan date is 12. This month 12 happens to be Saturday, and 12 will pass soon, so I haven't been detained yet. What happened?

Saturday is usually a rest day, and it will be deducted on Monday.

Second, my housing provident fund is automatically collected every three months on the date of 12. If we catch 12, we will arrive early on Saturday and Sunday.

You have to ask the provident fund for this, because the provident fund loan or account cancellation is very slow. I don't know when. I haven't allocated funds for the previous loan for nearly a year, so it's very slow and there are many procedures.

3. Will the provident fund be deducted again in the month when it is not paid?

Deduction of provident fund failed, and the second deduction was made.

The deduction procedure for provident fund loans is an automatic deduction business set by banks. As long as the first deduction is unsuccessful, the system will automatically initiate the second deduction. Simply put, whether it is a bank commercial loan or a provident fund loan, it is automatically deducted by the computer system. If the first deduction is unsuccessful, it will be deducted again later.

1. First of all, the deduction date is stipulated in the contract, which refers to the time when the bank transfers money from your repayment account every month. If the deposit on the deduction date may be overdue, you should deposit the repayment amount in full into the repayment account after the day before the repayment date.

2. In the case of free repayment, the borrower can repay overdue personal loans in two ways:

(1) When the borrower repays the overdue personal loan on the repayment date agreed in the contract, he can inquire the loan amount to be repaid at least on the next repayment date by calling the entrustment system (this amount should be the sum of the overdue loan principal and interest, default interest and low repayment amount), that is, the borrower repays the loan according to this amount on the next repayment date, so the loan is not overdue.

The borrower determines the repayment amount on the next repayment date by calling the entrustment system or signing the Notice of Borrower's Adjustment of Monthly Repayment in the loan business department.

(2) When the borrower repays the overdue personal loan on the repayment date not stipulated in the contract, he must go through the relevant formalities at the counter of the loan business department with the original ID card. The borrower first applies to the loan business department and agrees on the repayment date. The agreed repayment date is three days (exclusive) after the borrower goes through the repayment formalities in the management department to the next agreed repayment date (exclusive).

However, the borrower can only go to the counter to handle the overdue personal loan repayment formalities once every period on the repayment date not agreed in the contract. The borrower shall fill in the Letter of Commitment on Repayment Entrusted by loans overdue for Personal Housing Guarantee (in duplicate, one for the individual and one for the loan business department).

For example, if the annual base of the housing provident fund is adjusted and the monthly contribution of the provident fund changes during the validity period of the entrusted monthly repayment agreement signed by the loan employees, in the process of monthly deduction, the balance not less than the monthly contribution 12 times at the time of signing the agreement shall be retained except for the employee provident fund deposit account.

On the deduction date, the provident fund system will automatically transfer the monthly deposit amount greater than the specified balance from the newly adjusted monthly deposit account to repay the provident fund loan. If the monthly deposit in the provident fund account is less than one month except the balance to be retained, it will be operated after the account meets the deduction conditions.

4. My provident fund loan date is 12. This month 12 falls on Saturday, 12. ...

It doesn't matter. Are you talking about working days? It will be deducted at work.
