The New Visa Graduate Work Visa (PSW) was launched in early October13, which will help graduates obtain legal and valid visas to continue working and developing in Australia within 2-4 years after graduation.
First of all, the requirements for applicants must be students who submit their first university visa after 201115. Students who submit before this time can still apply for the previous 485 visa.
Australia's latest policy comes out.
First of all, students must complete at least one bachelor's degree or higher level course in Australia within 6 months before applying for PSW, such as master's degree or doctoral degree;
Second, the applicant must be less than 50 years old;
Thirdly, IELTS requires at least 4 points and 6 points;
Four, to meet the requirements of two years of study in Australia (CRICOS92 weeks course and not less than 16 months of study). Note: if the course is only 1 year, if it is not feasible to extend the time to two years intentionally, it is still considered as 1 year, but it can be a bachelor's degree or above, such as postgraduate diploma/postgraduate.
Fifth, the Australian application;
Sixth, students with 485 visas are not allowed to apply for PSW visas;
Seventh, unlike the 485 visa, applicants applying for PSW can apply for any occupation without taking part in the occupations nominated in SOL.
