Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Rural Credit Cooperative Association is a local legal person financial institution approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission. It is managed by the people's government of the autonomous region and entrusted by the people's government of the autonomous region to exercise management, guidance, coordination and service functions for rural credit cooperatives in the whole region.

In 2005 and 2006, the Rural Credit Cooperatives of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region won the "Outstanding Contribution Award of Financial Institutions in Supporting Guangxi's Economic Development" issued by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for two consecutive years. In 2007, it was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Unit of Financing Service for Small Enterprises" by the People's Government of the Autonomous Region.

Guangxi Rural Credit Cooperatives actively serve Guangxi's economic and social development, and only use 20% of Guangxi's funds to issue nearly 50% of Guangxi's agricultural loans, nearly 50% of small and micro enterprises' loans and 78% of farmers' loans.
