Down payment: within 2 weeks, the corresponding amount of down payment is in US dollars (not Thai baht foreign exchange currency, but also pounds, euros, Japanese yen, etc. ) will be remitted to the personal account in Thailand, and then the agreed amount will be transferred from the personal account to the developer account (the down payment is generally 25-30%);
5. The developer shall notify the buyer of the final payment time three months in advance before repossession;
