Matters needing attention in buying a house
. The accepting unit shall investigate and verify the certification materials within 1 working days and report the relevant materials to the local public security bureau; The public security bureau shall make an audit opinion within 1 working days and report the relevant materials to the Municipal Public Security Bureau; The Municipal Public Security Bureau shall make a decision on approval or disapproval within 1 working days. The accepting unit shall notify the applicant of the approval result within 2 working days after receiving the approval decision. Legal basis:
Article 16 of the Provisional Regulations on the Registration of Real Estate, the applicant shall submit the following materials and be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials:
(1) an application for registration;
(2) identification materials and power of attorney of the applicant and agent;
(3) Relevant proof materials of real estate ownership, proof documents of registration reasons and real estate ownership certificates;
(4) Real estate boundary, space boundary, area and other materials;
(5) explanatory materials on the interests of others;
(6) other materials as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the detailed rules for the implementation of these regulations.
