The power saving rate is calculated by comparing the active power before and after daily work or the degree of electricity consumption in a certain period of time. The power saving effect is measured by the power saving rate. The calculation method of power saving rate is:
Energy-saving power = power (or power) before transformation-power (or power) after transformation.
Power saving rate (%) = [power (or electricity) before transformation-power (or electricity) after transformation ÷ power (or electricity) before transformation x 100%.
2. Participants in the test
The calculation of power saving rate needs to be based on test data. In order to ensure the fairness of the test, power saving equipment providers and customers participate in the power data test together, and record and calculate the power saving rate.
3. Detection method
You can use the following two methods (or choose one of them) to test:
(1) Use a remote power tester to test the active power before and after the transformation. Select one or more transformation target products and corresponding energy-saving alternative systems for the same test; Then calculate the power saving rate through the electricity quantity. This method is intuitive, simple and fast, but the measured data is instantaneous, so the calculation of power saving rate is not accurate enough.
(2) Testing with an electric meter, and selecting one or more products with transformation target models and corresponding energy-saving alternative systems for equivalent testing; After discussion, it was decided to measure at the same time. This method is intuitive, cumulative and accurate, but it takes a long time.
4. Test procedures;
(1) According to the method in Article 4 (1), test the actual power of lighting equipment before transformation and the actual power consumption of lighting energy-saving system after transformation, and then calculate the energy-saving rate.
(2) According to the above method (2), the actual power of the lighting equipment before transformation and the actual power consumption of the lighting energy-saving system after transformation are tested respectively, so as to calculate the energy-saving rate.
(3) issue a test report;
