China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) recently issued "Guiding Opinions on Banking Financial Institutions Vigorously Developing Rural Microfinance Business" to adjust and improve the existing rural microfinance business related systems. This is another major agricultural support policy issued by the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) around improving the financial services for agriculture, rural areas and farmers after adjusting and relaxing the market access policy for banking financial institutions in rural areas at the end of last year.
