● Please bring your smart phone or your valid ID card according to the notice of your village and enterprise, and arrive at the designated place in an orderly manner according to the slicing period under the guidance of the staff for screening and sampling. Old people and children who don't have smart phones at home can make an appointment in the "Zhejiang Nucleic Acid Collection Emergency Platform" in advance, and take a screenshot of the appointment code or a printed paper appointment code to the nucleic acid sampling point for orderly sampling.

When sampling, please always wear a mask, keep the distance above 1 m, and do not talk or gather.

● Please leave the sampling point in time and orderly after the sampling is completed, so as to avoid staying or gathering, and do a good job of personal hygiene after returning.

● Those who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours before nucleic acid sampling will not be sampled for the time being.

● Social sampling points in towns and streets, enterprise sampling points and 24-hour sampling points participating in screening during the day will continue to be open, and social sampling points in the evening shift will be suspended.

● Persons whose health code is red or who are in the period of home control shall be notified by the town, street and village, and other tests shall be arranged.
