Individuals (individuals can apply for subsidies).

(1) Flexible employment social security subsidies for college graduates. For college graduates who have not been employed in the year of graduation or within 2 years of leaving school and pay social insurance premiums after achieving flexible employment, social insurance subsidies will be provided in accordance with regulations.

Vocational training subsidies. College graduates in the graduation year and college students in the non-graduation year who participate in employment skills training and entrepreneurship training and obtain vocational qualification certificates (or vocational skill level certificates, special vocational ability certificates, training certificates) after training will be given a certain standard of vocational training subsidy.

(2) Entrepreneurship guaranteed loans. College graduates and registered unemployed young people who start their own businesses and meet the conditions can apply for entrepreneurial guaranteed loans with a maximum loan amount of no more than 300,000 yuan and a maximum loan period of no more than 3 years, and enjoy discount interest policies in accordance with regulations. Small and micro enterprises that recruit new college graduates, registered unemployed youth and other groups that meet the number requirements can apply for entrepreneurial guaranteed loans with a maximum limit of 4 million yuan and a maximum loan term of 2 years. (3) Job hunting and entrepreneurship subsidies. A one-time job search and entrepreneurship subsidy of 1,500 yuan per person will be given to families with minimum living allowances, families with disabled people who have escaped poverty, families with original registered poverty and disabled, extremely poor, and college graduates who have received national student loans who are enrolled in the city's colleges and universities.

(4) Entrepreneurship training subsidies. College students who can participate in entrepreneurship training in their place of permanent residence (current students can attend colleges and universities) and obtain training certificates can enjoy training subsidies. College students can use weekends, holidays and evening self-study time to complete the required training content within 40 days.

(5) Entrepreneurship subsidies. For entrepreneurial entities and entrepreneurial projects of college students, upon confirmation, a subsidy of 10,000 yuan will be given to each entrepreneurial entity or entrepreneurial project that meets the conditions. College students can apply for entrepreneurial project subsidies and entrepreneurial entity subsidies at the same time, but each person can only apply and enjoy it once. (6) Entrepreneurship and employment incentives. If a college student entrepreneurial entity recruits workers and signs a labor contract with a term of more than one year, and pays social insurance premiums as required, a one-time entrepreneurial employment reward will be given based on the number of employees it absorbs. Those who recruit 3 people or less will be given a reward of 2,000 yuan per person, and those who recruit more than 3 people will be given a reward of 3,000 yuan for each additional person, with the total maximum not exceeding 100,000 yuan.

(7) Entrepreneurship improvement training. College students who start businesses or engage in self-employment, as well as college students with entrepreneurial projects in innovation and entrepreneurship parks (incubation bases), can apply to participate in the province's "I Can Fly" successful college student entrepreneur promotion training for free.

Enterprises (enterprises can apply for subsidies).

(1) One-time employment subsidy. For small, medium and micro enterprises that recruit college students who have graduated or who have been registered as unemployed for more than half a year, and sign a labor contract of more than one year and pay social insurance premiums as required, a one-time employment subsidy of 1,000 yuan per person will be given. The policy implementation period is until 2024. December 31st.

(2) Enterprises absorb social security subsidies for college graduates. If small and micro enterprises, new agricultural business entities and social organizations recruit college graduates who have not been employed within 2 years of leaving school, sign labor contracts of more than one year and pay social insurance premiums, they will be given social security subsidies based on the actual social insurance premiums paid by the unit. The maximum subsidy period shall not exceed 1 year.

(3) Employment trainee subsidies. Graduates who have not been employed within 2 years of leaving school can participate in employment internships for 3 to 12 months. Employment internship subsidies will be provided to the internship units and personal accident insurance will be purchased for employment trainees.
