Be responsible for formulating the medium-and long-term plans and annual plans for the credit development of sub-branches according to the requirements of the Head Office, and making unified and coordinated arrangements for the internal work and resources of the department to ensure the normal and orderly work.
1. Be responsible for formulating the training plan for the credit work of the sub-branch, and jointly with relevant departments, carry out the training, selection and allocation of the credit personnel of the sub-branch.
