Both husband and wife are not registered in Chengdu and work in the central city. The main applicant has paid social insurance for urban workers in the central city for more than 5 years, and there are no foreign employees who own their own houses.

Applicants who jointly apply and family members of * * * also need to meet the conditions that the property has not been transferred within 3 years before the application date (including sale, gift, divorce analysis or self-commissioned auction of the property) before they can apply for price-limited housing.

Sales price: lower than that of the same commercial house 15%-20%.
