If the loan is not paid off within the specified time after collection or administrative collection, the financial institution shall apply to the county people's court for compulsory collection according to law.

Legal basis:

Article 63 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall punish civil servants with clear facts, conclusive evidence, accurate characterization, proper handling, legal procedures and complete procedures.

If a civil servant violates discipline and law, the punishment decision organ shall decide to investigate the civil servant's violation of discipline and law, and inform the civil servant himself of the facts found in the investigation and the basis for the proposed punishment. Civil servants have the right to make statements and defend themselves, and the decision-making organ shall not aggravate the punishment because of civil servants' defense.

If the punishment decision-making organ thinks that civil servants should be punished, it shall make a punishment decision within the prescribed time limit and in accordance with the management authority and the prescribed procedures. The punishment decision shall be notified in writing to the civil servant himself.
